Jhené Chase works as a screenwriter, director, production designer and costume designer.
Her credits include titles in shorts, features, television and commercials. She’s known for surreal stories taking place in magical, homemade worlds.
She attended Colorado Film School for writing / directing and spends some summers as an instructor for the CFS DAVA film camp.
Her most recent short, an urban fairytale titled “Metropolitan Legend,” was accepted into the Museum of Outdoor Arts traveling Cricket Cinema. Her feature directorial debut, a coming of age indie pop punk musical, “Summertime Dropouts,” is currently in post-production.
