Bio & Resume
Jhené Chase works as a screenwriter, director, production designer and costume designer.
Her credits include titles in shorts, features, television and commercials. She’s known for surreal stories taking place in magical, homemade worlds.
Her most recent short, an urban fairytale titled “Metropolitan Legend,” was accepted into the Museum of Outdoor Arts traveling Cricket Cinema.
Her feature directorial debut, a coming of age indie pop punk musical, “Summertime Dropouts,” was distributed by Lionsgate. Currently, she's in post production on a mini series she co-directed and has written her next feature film project.
She attended Colorado Film School for writing and directing.
